A part of the quartz family, Pink Amethyst is a rare form of Amethyst. It is the soft, feminine version of the darker purple amethyst. Pink Amethyst occurs when Hematite enters the crystalline form of the stone while they are still under the Earth. This gives the stone its distinguished colour relative to regular Amethyst (which is purple color). Its results from Hematite inclusions. This crystal is a rare beauty and only discovered in 2019!
